Pig intestine soup
I just had pig intestine soup a few nights ago. "Pig intestine soup" sounds a little weird, but I guess everyone eats intestines when they are eating sausage or hot dogs.
I would eat intestines again.
Also ate this squid for a snack the other day (thumbnail attached below). It wasn't terribly strange, but not generally an ingredient in North American cooking.
